Gibson Energy is a leading oil-focused infrastructure company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta. With nearly 14 million barrels of storage, and over 500 km of crude pipelines, they touch one in every 4 barrels produced in Western Canada.

Gibson Energy takes pride in knowing that their financial contributions serve local needs and align with their business goals, which is why their Community Investment Program offers an important avenue for supporting the communities where they operate.

As a supporter of Distress Centre and our Volunteer Program, they have created a mutually beneficial relationship that is contributing to our long-term sustainability. We have over 200 highly trained volunteers supported by staff that provide 24/7 mental health and crisis support to our community.

Gibson Energy’s ongoing support of our volunteers helps Distress Centre enhance the health, well-being and resiliency of individuals in distress.

At Gibson Energy, community investment is a fundamental part of our corporate culture and we encourage employees to give back to the community through our employee-driven Gibson GIVES program. We are very proud as a company [and I am proud personally] to support the Distress Centre, an agency that provides people in distress within our community with support 24 hours a day”.
